Data collected
When using eParticipare, data such as your name, email address, authentication-related information, technical device data, and information submitted within public consultations or support messages may be processed.
The specific data processed depends on how the application is used and which features are accessed.
Use of data
Data is used for account creation and administration, access to public consultations, submission of votes and comments, communication with users, and improvement of the service.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and manage the relationship with users, and where applicable for periods required by legal, administrative, or security obligations.

Data may be processed within the operation of the project and the administration of the platform, including by technical providers or partners involved in operating the service, strictly to the extent necessary for delivery and administration.
Where required, certain data may also be retained or disclosed in order to comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests related to the security and operation of the service.
User rights
Users may request information about account-related data, updates, restriction of certain processing activities, or account deletion under the conditions applicable to the platform.
