You can request account deletion through the application or by contacting us directly if you are locked out of your account.
If you still have access to the application
Please use the in-app account management and deletion flow available in eParticipare.
If you no longer have access to the account
You may request account deletion by email at apd@apd.ro.
To help us verify the request safely, we recommend sending the message, if possible, from the same email address used when registering the account. It is also useful to mention the email address associated with the account and any details that may help identify it more quickly.
What to include in the request
- recommended subject: eParticipare account deletion request
- send the email, if possible, from the address used during registration
- the email address associated with the account
- a clear statement that you want the account and associated data deleted
What happens next
We will review the request and process account deletion under the conditions applicable to the service. In most cases, you will receive confirmation or a request for clarification within a reasonable period, usually within a few working days.
If some information must be retained temporarily for legal, administrative, or security reasons, this will be limited to what is strictly necessary.
